Receptionist – Luxury Lodge – KwaZulu Natal

About the role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join a prestigious luxury lodge in KwaZulu‑Natal. The role is live‑in and offers the chance to create memorable guest experiences in a beautiful game‑lodge setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional check‑in experience.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, amendments and guest enquiries efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Assist guests with requests and coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments.
• Maintain reception standards, administrative records and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Answer telephone and email correspondence in a courteous manner.

Required profile

• Previous front‑office experience in hospitality.
• Strong guest‑relations and customer‑service orientation.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (Opera PMS).
