The Gauteng Department of Community Safety is recruiting a receptionist for its professional services unit in Johannesburg. The advertised salary is R201,093.00 per annum including service benefits. Key responsibilities

• Receive telephone calls and messages and route them to the relevant people.
• Welcome, receive and direct clients to the office of the executive authority.
• Provide relevant information as required.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
• Liaise with internal and external personnel.
• Coordinate the diary of the executive authority and compile appointment schedules.
• Maintain and control the visitor register.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (NQF level 4).
• No experience required.
