Real Estate Portfolio Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rental Portfolio Manager to join our real‑estate agency in Durbanville. The role involves overseeing residential rental portfolios, managing lease agreements, and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, landlords, and body corporates.

Key responsibilities

• General mandate and lease management, including inspections and cleaning service coordination.
• Processing deposit refunds, monthly reconciliations, and debtor administration via PayProp.
• Conducting TPN credit checks, updates, and maintaining accurate tenant records.
• Overseeing maintenance, liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Managing sales administration, property viewings, and briefing schedules.
• Publishing online rental adverts across multiple portals.
• Handling general office administration, filing, and compliance standards.
• Managing telephone communications within the office.

Required profile

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in rental administration and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Reliable, honest, and loyal attitude.
