RAF Attorney (Road Accident Fund Specialist)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in Monument Park, is seeking a qualified RAF Attorney to strengthen its Road Accident Fund practice. The successful candidate will work independently on RAF matters, providing comprehensive legal support from client consultation through to court representation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Road Accident Fund claims autonomously, from intake to settlement.
• Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits and settlement proposals.
• Attend court appearances, trials and liaise with the RAF and other stakeholders.
• Conduct consultations with clients, experts and counsel.
• Manage litigation timelines, court deadlines and prepare trial bundles and briefs for counsel.

Required profile

• Admitted attorney with 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Road Accident Fund matters.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Drafting of legal documents (pleadings, notices, affidavits).
• Litigation management and court procedure knowledge.
• Effective communication with clients, experts and the Road Accident Fund.
