About the role
Take ownership of the commercial and cost management of residential, mixed‑use and commercial property developments from feasibility through to project close‑out. The role involves managing development budgets, cost planning, forecasting and procurement across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain budgets, cost plans and forecasts for residential, mixed‑use and commercial projects.
- Manage procurement, tender processes and JBCC contract administration.
- Oversee contractor payments, variations and commercial risk, with regular travel to Eswatini and within South Africa.
Required profile
- BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably on the developer side or design‑and‑build projects.
