Quantity Surveyor (Electrical / Construction)

About the role

Join a high‑performance team driving financial success on cutting‑edge electrical and construction projects. As a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor you will control costs, manage contracts and ensure profitability while collaborating with contractors, clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project cost management from estimating and budgeting to forecasting and reporting.
• Perform quantity take‑offs, manage contracts, evaluate tenders, claims and variation orders.
• Track project profitability, support procurement and conduct site visits to verify progress and costs.
• Mentor a Junior Quantity Surveyor and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.

Required profile

• Matric certificate plus a degree, diploma or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably in the electrical or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, contract administration and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
