Quality Control Specialist – Documentation (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist – Documentation will review draft reports and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and compliance with client and industry standards. This fully remote position works on EST hours and requires meticulous attention to detail while handling large volumes of information.

Key responsibilities

• Review draft reports and documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Identify spelling, grammatical, formatting, factual and logical errors.
• Check that documentation meets client‑specific insurance and industry requirements.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and ensure required amendments are made.
• Cross‑check information between documents and source records while maintaining high accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in quality assurance, document or report review, compliance or a similar detail‑focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage high volumes of information and meet productivity expectations.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps fibre) and power backup for remote work.
