Quality Assurance Manager – Training & Education

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems across its training and education portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager: LEAD, you will ensure that all training programmes, learning materials and digital platforms meet rigorous quality, regulatory and stakeholder standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks and standards for training and operational activities.
• Maintain and enhance quality management systems, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review, approve and evaluate training programmes, learning materials and e‑learning content for accuracy and relevance.
• Manage quality processes for online learning platforms, guaranteeing accessibility, learner experience and digital delivery effectiveness.
• Analyse internal and external QA reports, prepare performance and compliance reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to capture expectations, develop quality action plans and provide feedback on training needs.
• Identify training needs, support the development of structured training programmes and coordinate national training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an education, training or professional development environment.
• Strong background in compliance, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional subject matter experts.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on risk monitoring and corrective action implementation.
