Quality Assurance Manager – Pretoria

About the role

Our client seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems for training and education programmes. Reporting to the Senior Manager: LEAD, you will ensure that learning materials, online platforms and operational processes meet regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks and standards.
• Maintain and improve quality management systems for training and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and external regulations.
• Review, approve and evaluate training programmes, learning materials and e‑learning content.
• Coordinate subject‑matter experts to keep training material accurate and current.
• Manage quality assurance processes for online learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and learner experience standards.
• Analyse quality reports, prepare performance and compliance reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify expectations and develop quality action plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within education, training or professional development environments.
• Strong background in compliance, reporting and risk monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate with subject‑matter experts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
