Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator supports the Quality Manager in ensuring that the organisation's Business Management System (BMS) is fully implemented, maintained and continuously improved. The role bridges internal processes, supplier relationships and customer expectations to meet regulatory and standard requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer supplier approval processes and conduct periodic reviews.
• Plan, schedule and execute internal and external audits, including supplier audits.
• Investigate internal and external complaints, manage follow‑up actions and report outcomes.
• Coordinate Service Level Agreement (SLA) reviews with stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, improve and review all BMS documentation in line with ISO, FSSC, customer, group and internal requirements.
• Monitor document status and prompt owners for timely reviews.
• Visit customers on behalf of the QA manager when required.
• Analyse existing systems and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Compile audit results, generate reports and track corrective actions.

Required profile

• Relevant Quality Management System diploma.
• Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 22000 standards.
• Proven experience in supplier auditing and audit reporting.
• Excellent written communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Good administrative aptitude and attention to detail.
