Quality Advisor

About the role

The Quality Advisor is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality and Food Safety Management System. This role ensures that all processes comply with regulatory, customer, and internal company requirements while supporting the achievement of food safety and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
• Maintain compliance with local and international food safety regulations and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and quality.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring successful certification and re‑certification.
• Document and communicate best practices across production teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Experience in quality management within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to promote best practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of regulatory food safety requirements.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and certification processes.
