QSR Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will own a portfolio of quick‑service restaurant stores within an allocated region, ensuring alignment across procurement, marketing, logistics, HR and training functions. You will drive brand standards, monitor financial performance, and lead staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment, interviews, onboarding and performance appraisals for store staff.
• Manage disciplinary actions, payroll submission, roster planning and staff turnover.
• Enforce Vida e Caffe operational standards, product quality, and customer service protocols.
• Perform daily store visits, audits, mystery‑shopper follow‑ups and generate action plans.
• Coordinate and book internal training, coach junior staff and develop high‑performing teams.
• Lead monthly review meetings with the Country Manager and franchisees, and present performance reports.
• Drive sales targets, cross‑selling initiatives and maintain profitability while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Oversee store displays, planograms and inventory control to maximise sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple QSR or restaurant stores.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, disciplinary procedures and payroll.
• Ability to analyse budgets, stock levels and sales data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder meetings and team briefings.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
