QA Specialist

About the role

Le Creuset is seeking a remote QA Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of its digital applications, ERP system and data integrations. The role involves designing, executing and automating functional, regression and data‑centric tests across websites, ERP (D365, NAV, SAP) and downstream systems. You will act as a champion of QA best practices, driving comprehensive test coverage and effective defect resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test cases and scripts for functional and ETL testing.
• Implement and maintain test automation to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Validate ETL processes, data transformations and integrations for accuracy and completeness.
• Execute performance tests such as capacity, load and volume testing.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers and business analysts to define test requirements.
• Identify, log and track defects through to resolution.
• Perform testing across database, API, UI and integration layers.
• Continuously update automation scripts to align with system enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably D365, NAV or SAP.
• 3+ years of e‑commerce testing experience, preferably on SFCC or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in database testing.
• 3+ years of QA experience focused on ETL and data‑centric testing.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
