PXA Intern – Document Preparation & Slide Design

About the role

As a PXA Intern you will support the document preparation and design teams at impact.com. You will create slide decks, manage data in Google Sheets, and produce clear, engaging copy for internal and external audiences. This 6‑month hybrid internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets in Google Sheets to support various projects.
• Design visually appealing slides for presentations and documents using Google Slides, following corporate branding guidelines.
• Write and edit marketing materials, internal communications, and resource documents, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members, providing administrative support, project updates, and other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business Management, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field).
• Strong design aptitude for creating professional slide decks.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
