About the role

The Public Service Administrator Learnership Programme (NQF Level 5) offers a structured training pathway within Rand Water, one of the world’s largest water utilities. Rand Water provides potable water of superior quality to 12 million people in the economic heartland of South Africa. Since its inception in 1903, the utility has never failed to supply water to a continually growing economy. Johannesburg, a city without a sustainable river or dam, relies on innovative solutions engineered by Rand Water. The programme aligns with Rand Water’s focus on employment creation and the development of scarce, critical skills as outlined in the National Skills Development Strategy.
