Property Specialist: Regional Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Property Specialist to lead regional operations for our telecommunications infrastructure portfolio. The role ensures that projects involving Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and third‑party sites are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all third‑party approvals, including new BTS, site and power upgrades, and site hardening, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
• Negotiate leases with landlords for new sites such as EBU locations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, vendors and customers to meet time, quality and cost objectives.
• Execute projects following defined governance, handling risk, reporting and communication milestones.
• Maintain data integrity in internal databases and produce monthly progress reports.
• Implement and oversee site acquisition processes for new DAS installations, shared sites and upgrades.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to leases and rentals, and flag regional lease risks to the NNP team.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Handle escalation queries concerning third‑party and DAS site access and out‑of‑service situations.

Required profile

• Relevant 3‑year technical qualification in building or town‑planning (Degree/Diploma/N6 National Diploma).
• Certificate in Project Management.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
• 3+ years coordinating projects in the property domain and 3‑5 years in telecommunications infrastructure or property management.
• Knowledge of civil and town‑planning environments and construction regulations (desirable).
