Property Marketing Administrator – Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Property Marketing Administrator to lead digital marketing initiatives for a prominent property portfolio in Cape Town. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of online campaigns to boost property visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Create and optimise listings on Property24 and other online property portals.
• Coordinate digital advertising spend and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with leasing targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date content and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience within the property sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• South African citizenship.
