Property Manager

About the role

This client‑focused position is responsible for keeping short‑term rental owners satisfied and their properties well‑maintained. You will manage a portfolio of properties, collaborating closely with Operations, Guest Experience, and Maintenance teams to ensure every aspect of each property is cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Treat each property in your portfolio as if it were your own.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them informed.
• Identify risks and recurring issues, resolving them promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep properties in excellent condition.
• Prepare and monitor monthly financial statements for your portfolio.
• Track, analyse, and optimise property performance.
• Update and improve property listings.
• Resolve property issues quickly and efficiently.
• Approve and monitor expenses associated with your portfolio.

Required profile

• Based in Cape Town.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a client‑facing role.
• Calm under pressure and able to tackle urgent situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Genuine care for clients, guests, and colleagues.
• Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
