Project Manager - Strategy & Transformation

About the role

The Project Manager – Strategy & Transformation is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of projects within a defined program, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget while delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource commitments, and establish governance routines.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution across business, technology and operational workstreams, using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Track project health with dashboards, status reports and tools such as MS Project, Jira and Smartsheet.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date RAID log, identify risks early, conduct impact assessments and implement mitigation actions.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, SMEs and delivery teams, providing regular updates, facilitating workshops and steering committees.
• Support change‑management activities and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to keep momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end delivery of projects within a program or portfolio.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, sponsors and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for risk identification and dependency mapping.
