Project Manager / Scrum Master – Technical Operations (12‑month contract)

About the role

Our client is looking for a delivery‑focused Project Manager / Scrum Master to join the Technical Operations function on a 12‑month contract. You will collaborate with Integration, Infrastructure and Salesforce teams to ensure technical initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with organisational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) with clear structure and energy.
• Own the delivery of Program Increment (PI) commitments, managing scope, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate sprint plans, capacity plans and delivery roadmaps across Integration, Infrastructure and Salesforce streams.
• Act as a servant leader, removing blockers and fostering cross‑team collaboration.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies; provide concise progress reporting to leadership.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects and Delivery Managers to ensure technical requirements are well understood and prioritised.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technical delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Experience supporting teams in Integration, Infrastructure or Salesforce domains.
• Effective facilitator who can energise teams and guide complex delivery cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage PI commitments and track outcomes.
