Project Manager – Remote

About the role

Achieve Test Prep is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead cross‑departmental initiatives, research, audits, and analytics. The role supports consistent planning and operations for a company that provides live online instruction, tutoring, and flexible course schedules for non‑traditional college students.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables to ensure timely value creation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and status reports.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to analyze best practices and create training procedures.
• Facilitate prioritization meetings, manage resource allocation, and track progress against goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements, conducting audits for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with leadership on key initiatives and conduct research to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of experience in functional, operational, project management, or analytical roles.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management processes.
• Detail‑oriented problem solver comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience a plus).
• Agile frameworks (experience a plus).
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace apps, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets (or equivalent MS Office Suite expertise).
