Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects in line with the AGSA Project Management Framework and relevant standards. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to quality standards and scope, while managing risk and change.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and adjust project plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Analyse project proposals for timelines, funding limits and resource allocation.
• Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones and tasks; implement communication plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies and monitor cross‑project dependencies.
• Lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, overseeing work plans and coordinating external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with AGSA governance, prepare for quality reviews and maintain complete project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT projects within a structured framework.
• Strong ability to assess risks, control changes and monitor project performance.
• Excellent coordination skills for internal teams and external consultants.
