About the role
Lexdan Select is supporting a leading HVAC business in Bellville to recruit a Project Manager based in Cape Town. The role involves overseeing residential and commercial HVAC projects from inception to hand‑over, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and execute HVAC projects for both residential and commercial clients.
- Lead on‑site teams, conduct site meetings and maintain strict labour control.
- Prepare and submit claims, variation orders, quotes and obtain necessary approvals.
- Develop detailed project plans with clear dates for works and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in the HVAC sector.
- Proven experience leading project teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from R35,000 to R45,000 per month.
