Project Manager – Fintech Platform

Our client, a leader in simplifying investment management processes and wealth growth, is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to deliver technology and operational initiatives across a fast‑growing fintech platform. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys structure, collaboration and moving projects forward without unnecessary complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects spanning IT, platform and operations.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, compliance and operations.
• Track progress, manage risks, maintain RAID logs and remove blockers.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders and keep them aligned.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans and timelines.
• Support implementation and migration initiatives across company entities.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced teams to ensure successful roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Background in fintech, financial services or IT environments preferred.
• Exposure to software delivery, system implementations or platform roll‑outs.
• Relevant degree in Business or Information Technology.
