Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves overseeing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk while ensuring customer and contractual requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Monitor project finances, risks, opportunities, claims and scope changes to protect profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering, operations, suppliers and subcontractors to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Drive project governance, reporting and performance monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships and contract administration.
• Ensure technical integrity and compliance with engineering and systems engineering principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Formal project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (advantageous).
• Proven experience delivering engineering or technology projects in manufacturing, defence, aerospace or high‑technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
