About the role
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects and workstreams within the company’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) programme, focusing on system integrations. The Project Manager will coordinate complex technical delivery while balancing clinical, operational and business requirements to meet scope, timeline, budget and governance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project initiation and planning, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, resources and budgets.
- Establish and maintain governance structures and stage‑gate documentation in line with Enterprise Project Office standards.
- Drive execution, monitoring and control of EHR projects and integration workstreams, ensuring delivery against commitments.
- Coordinate technical integration across systems, vendors and internal teams, aligning software development with programme milestones.
- Monitor performance, provide status reporting on progress, budget, risks, issues and changes.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating and driving mitigation actions.
- Manage controlled project changes, assessing impacts on scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Build collaborative relationships with sponsors, business owners, clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate project forums, steering committees and ensure clear decisions and accountability.
Required profile
- At least 10 years of project management experience, including recent work in a PMO or Enterprise Project Office.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects, software development and system integration initiatives.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders across technical, clinical, operational and business areas.
- Formal project management certification with strong foundation in PRINCE2 and/or PMBOK.
Required skills
- Project management methodologies – PRINCE2, PMBOK.
- Software development lifecycle and system integration knowledge.
- Risk, issue, dependency and change control management.
- Stakeholder analysis, engagement and communication.
- Microsoft Office and project management software (enterprise portfolio tools advantageous).
