Project Manager – Delivery (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager (Delivery) to lead the delivery of learning and technology projects for our client. Working remotely from anywhere in South Africa, you will coordinate clients, partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to commercial expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent client projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and delivery partners.
• Track progress, risks, issues and dependencies, and provide regular governance, reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to keep delivery on schedule.
• Monitor project budgets, sales orders and invoicing milestones.
• Lead larger or more complex projects when required.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and PMO practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects in a client‑facing environment.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in learning & development, digital learning, learning technology or professional services consultancy.

What we offer

• Salary of R45,000 per month.
• Full‑time remote role with standard Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm UK time schedule.
