Project Manager / Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong project management abilities to join our team. The successful candidate will use Revit to produce complete sets of plans for multifamily and mixed‑use developments and ensure all construction documents meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to define requirements and objectives.
• Utilize Revit to create architectural designs and develop full sets of plans.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to integrate their designs.
• Review and respond to RFIs and change orders during construction.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, software updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience designing multifamily and mixed‑use buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
