Project Management Civil Engineer (Professional Engineer) – Pretoria

About the role

We are urgently seeking a qualified Project Management Civil Engineer to lead a high‑profile infrastructure project for a leading client. The assignment is based in Pretoria and must be completed by March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control all civil engineering aspects of the project from inception to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation measures and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (non‑negotiable).
• Formal Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Extensive experience managing large‑scale civil projects.
