About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Associate to support our advisory services for a key client engagement. Working fully remotely, you will help keep research and project workflows organized as senior partners negotiate high‑stakes commercial decisions for a pan‑African client.

Key responsibilities

• Track project schedules and milestones to ensure senior partners have necessary materials for client negotiations.
• Conduct focused research on counterparties, competitors, and local market trends.
• Assist in drafting internal reports documenting partnership discussions and regulatory environments.
• Organize data sets and evidence to support commercial positions on investment decisions.
• Maintain clear records of project communications and prepare briefing notes for client executives.
• Monitor local news and market updates that could affect advisory projects.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external client representatives.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in business, economics, or a related field.
• Clear, concise writing style without unnecessary corporate jargon.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to break large projects into manageable tasks.
• Direct communication style and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
• High level of organization and self‑discipline in a remote work environment.
• Good research instincts and ability to verify market information.
• Genuine curiosity about the interaction of state capital and private deals in complex markets.
