Project Engineer – Mineral Processing Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to lead the delivery of mineral processing equipment projects for a leading OEM in crushing, screening and material handling. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical aspects of projects, from design to commissioning.
• Develop, review and maintain project documentation, specifications and technical reports.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, procurement and site installation teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and budgets to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Engage with clients to capture requirements and provide regular updates.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.

Required profile

• BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ experience in mineral processing or heavy‑industrial equipment projects.
• Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors and feeders.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project planning software (MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
