Project Coordinator – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to administrate and coordinate renewable energy projects—including solar, wind, biomass and hydro—ensuring compliance with company quality procedures and project agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business projects such as ISO 55000/14000/18000 implementation and warranty end‑of‑life activities.
• Define, document and manage scopes of work, budgets and project schedules.
• Communicate requirements, status and risks to stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations and maintain version‑controlled documentation.
• Oversee document management systems, SharePoint folder structures and ensure alignment with company procedures.
• Handle legal paperwork including contracts and terms of agreement.
• Support procurement, budgeting and due‑diligence activities toward financial close.
• Research and implement Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance coordination tasks.
• Stand in for Project Managers when required and remove project blockers.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating complex projects in the renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 standards.
• Strong ability to prepare budgets, track expenditures and manage timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Capability to manage document control and legal documentation.
