Project Control Coordinator (Telecommunications)

About the role

The client, a leading telecommunications provider, is looking for a Project Control Coordinator to support the Project Director. You will act as the daily liaison with customers, track delivery progress, and own the financial reporting for complex network projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project master plan, integrating procurement, HR and other supporting plans.
• Monitor progress against baselines, analyse deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, manage subcontractor acceptance, payments and coordinate onsite surveys and construction activities.
• Identify and track issues, escalate risks, and keep project documentation, meeting minutes and decision records up‑to‑date.
• Utilise the Integrated Site Delivery Platform (ISDP) for planning, progress reporting and resource allocation.
• Ensure financial targets and contractual obligations are met, including budget adherence and end‑to‑end financial ownership.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience on wireless, core, microwave, transmission, tower or fibre projects.
• Grade 12 qualification plus a relevant degree or diploma.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ISDP (Integrated Site Delivery Platform).
