Programme Manager – Century City

About the role

Our client, a leading training provider, is looking for a Programme Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of learning programmes in Century City. You will coordinate facilitators, learners and internal teams to ensure high‑quality, immersive experiences that drive real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of programme execution, including scheduling, resource allocation and delivery logistics (both in‑person and digital).
• Lead, coach and develop a network of full‑time and freelance facilitators, ensuring consistent, high‑quality sessions.
• Own the learner journey, from engagement and immersion to assessment, feedback and continuous improvement.
• Design and optimise operational processes such as LMS integration, assessment workflows and performance tracking.
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance with internal standards and SETA/QCTO requirements, keeping audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Matric and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Programme Manager in the training or education sector.
• Assessor and Moderator qualification with SETA.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, translate strategy into execution and support rapid growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office.
