Programme Enablement Manager

About the role

The financial services firm is looking for a Programme Enablement Manager to drive the execution of priority initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with Business Heads and the Executive Committee (Exco) to ensure programmes are delivered on time, risks are mitigated, and change is adopted smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Take approved initiatives through planning, sequencing and day‑to‑day execution.
• Identify and flag risks or blockers early, presenting clear options to Exco.
• Calibrate Exco involvement, escalating only when necessary.
• Own change‑management activities: communication, training and readiness.
• Track programme performance using Salesforce and other tools, ensuring visibility of status and issues.
• Collaborate with Business Heads to coordinate cross‑functional delivery.
• Close the loop by transitioning initiatives into Business‑as‑Usual with clear ownership and post‑launch monitoring.

Required profile

• High sense of agency, urgency and ownership.
• Strong judgement on escalation and decision‑making.
• Experienced change manager comfortable working in detail.
• Natural collaborator who can build trust without direct authority.
• Business‑curious with ability to understand end‑to‑end processes.
• Senior project or programme management experience delivering measurable results.

Required skills

• Salesforce (sufficient fluency to assess feasibility of solutions).
