Production Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Production Planner to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in Cullinan. The role focuses on executing daily production schedules, capacity and procurement planning, and ensuring accurate master data across all production units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily production plans for all units.
• Perform capacity planning and align procurement activities with production needs.
• Generate KPI reports and monitor adherence to processes.
• Update master data daily and track forecast variances.
• Communicate schedule changes and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• BEng Industrial Engineering or BCom Supply Chain (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of operational supply‑chain experience.
• Experience in production planning; FMCG background is advantageous.
