About the role

Redheads Engineering is supporting a leading automotive manufacturing client in hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure high quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Manage production performance, quality, and cost‑effectiveness in a highly automated environment.
Develop and lead production teams, fostering people development and operational excellence.

Required profile

Proven experience in automotive manufacturing or similar high‑volume production settings.
