Product Manager – Southern Tanzania Safari Portfolio

About the role

Beach & Safari Holidays is seeking a Product Manager to lead the commercial success of its Southern Circuit safari products and accommodation across Mikumi, Saadani and Nyerere (Selous) National Parks. The role combines product development, trade marketing, training and commercial analysis to grow awareness, bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product portfolio for Southern Tanzania, including itineraries, packages and fly‑in/drive‑in combinations.
• Develop and maintain competitive itineraries, fact sheets, rate sheets, imagery and trade materials.
• Monitor park regulations, fees, seasonality and infrastructure changes, updating product and pricing accordingly.
• Coordinate with the aviation team on scheduling and charter options.
• Represent Southern Tanzania at trade shows, roadshows, FAM trips and partner events.
• Plan and host FAM trips for tour operators and agents.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content and communications.
• Identify new source markets and distribution channels.
• Design and deliver product training for internal staff and external trade partners.
• Track bookings, occupancy, revenue and conversion, reporting monthly against targets.
• Benchmark competitor products and recommend pricing, promotions and packaging.
