Product Manager II – AI-powered Legal Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager II to own AI‑driven product capabilities that help legal professionals work more efficiently. You will guide products from discovery through launch, using customer insights to shape research, drafting, workflow and productivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined product area and drive customer and business outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
• Engage directly with customers to uncover unmet needs, validate problems and identify innovation opportunities.
• Prioritise roadmap investments based on data, commercial impact and strategic alignment.
• Partner with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to translate problems into valuable solutions.
• Define and monitor success metrics, using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Support product launches and adoption through collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success and operations.
• Communicate priorities, trade‑offs and progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in legal tech, content or information services.
• Proven ownership of product capabilities from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Experience developing product plans, business cases, requirements and roadmaps.
