Product Manager – Connectivity & Insights

About the role

The Product Manager will join Dotdigital’s Connectivity & Insights pod, focusing on enabling customers to integrate their technology stack with the Dotdigital CXDP and Fresh Relevance platforms. You will drive the integration strategy, increase valuable ecosystem connections, and improve user experience to boost adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for integrations aligned with Dotdigital’s overall strategy.
• Conduct continuous discovery with stakeholders to map integration landscape, industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Assess API schemas, authentication requirements and iPaaS capabilities to determine feasibility of partner and in‑house integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX design and other teams to prototype solutions, perform value/risk analysis and set success metrics.
• Track performance of integration features, share learnings and recommend pivots or continued investment.
• Work proactively with internal stakeholders and customers to remove barriers to entry and drive adoption.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, preferably within integration or platform products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct discovery and value analysis.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with engineers, designers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into product decisions and communicate findings.
