About the role
The Process Operator will work in the Ghee Department, operating and monitoring processing equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role ensures smooth production flow, maintains product quality, and complies with safety and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Start, stop, and adjust processing equipment to meet production targets.
- Monitor equipment performance, temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Record production data and report any deviations to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of industrial processing equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, often on shifts.
