About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Process Engineer to join its Midrand team. The role will support the development, standardisation and optimisation of manufacturing processes across multiple sites, using data‑driven insights and engineering best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and standardise manufacturing processes across CCBA sites.
- Analyse process data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality and reliability.
- Contribute to project delivery, process validation and capability‑building initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in manufacturing process engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.
