About the role
We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find an experienced Process Engineer – EE. You will be responsible for analysing, redesigning and optimising complex business processes, driving performance improvements across strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process mapping and design operating models.
- Lead process improvement and performance optimisation projects.
- Support strategic initiatives with robust process analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management and Process Engineering.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Relevant certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, CBPP or Business Analysis are advantageous.
