Principal Sales Specialist: Security Services

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global technology services organisation to find a Principal Security Services Sales Specialist. You will drive strategic growth of cybersecurity and managed services across South Africa, selling a portfolio that includes Managed Security Services, Cloud Security, and Security Consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Managed Security Services (SOC, MDR, XDR) and Cloud Security solutions (Azure, AWS).
• Promote Security Consulting, Professional Services, and Enterprise Outsourcing offerings.
• Engage senior executives such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to understand needs and close multi‑year contracts.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and generate new business.

Required profile

• Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity or technology services.
• Experience interacting with C‑level executives (CIO, CISO, CTO).
• Strong background in complex solution selling and multi‑year contracts.
• Track record of surpassing revenue goals and winning new accounts.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor rather than a typical sales rep.
