Prestige Customer Account Manager

About the role

The Prestige Customer Account Manager will lead Bacardi’s strategy in the fast‑growing on‑trade prestige market. You will be the primary contact for key customers, driving commercial success, brand innovation and sustainable partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and prestige customers.
• Create and execute 360‑degree account plans that align with Bacardi’s commercial brand objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Marketing to meet agreed KPIs and targets.
• Ensure flawless execution of marketing activities and outlet promotions.
• Analyse promotional spend, track ROI and manage promotional budgets.
• Own contracts, proposals and investment tracking while ensuring compliance.
• Support and inspire colleagues to achieve executional excellence.
• Maintain a personal development plan aligned with Bacardi’s career growth principles.
