Presales Head – South Africa

About the role

Samaha Consulting is seeking an experienced Presales Head to drive technology solutioning, presales strategy, and demand generation across South Africa. This senior leadership position will shape enterprise solution design, influence strategic opportunities, and accelerate business growth by delivering innovative digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the presales strategy and technology consulting function for the South African market.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions spanning Digital, Cloud, Applications, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Platforms.
• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape requirements, and accelerate deal progression.
• Own high‑quality RFPs, RFIs, proposals, presentations, and commercial responses.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and senior business executives.
• Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution demos, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and global practice leaders to develop competitive offerings.
• Develop strategic alliances with technology partners and drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in presales, solution consulting, or enterprise architecture within IT services, consulting, or system integration firms.
• Strong track record of leading large, complex, strategic enterprise transformation engagements.
• Excellent ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with C‑level executives and influencing decision‑making.
