Premium Brand Used Car Sales Executive

About the role
The dealership in Durban North/Umhlanga is seeking an experienced Premium Brand Used Car Sales Executive to guide customers through the purchase of pre‑owned vehicles, manage leads and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Greet showroom visitors and respond to online or phone inquiries.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, safety ratings and warranties.
- Supervise and accompany customers on test drives safely.
- Negotiate final vehicle prices, trade‑in values and optional extras.
- Coordinate with finance teams to process credit applications, contracts and ensure legal compliance.
- Follow up with buyers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Required profile
- Valid South African Matric Certificate.
- Valid South African ID and driver’s licence.
- 3‑5 years’ experience in an OEM motor dealership (no private dealerships).
- No criminal record and never dismissed from previous employment.
- Ability to provide recent pay slips and commission sheets.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience using a CRM system.
