Premium brand New Vehicle Sales Executives – Fourways and The Glen

About the role

We are looking for proactive sales professionals to sell premium new vehicles to retail and corporate customers in the Fourways and The Glen areas, delivering exceptional experiences while meeting monthly sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new vehicle sales, conducting product presentations, test drives and handovers to premium standards.
• Generate and manage a personal sales pipeline through walk‑ins, referrals, digital leads and proactive prospecting, updating the CRM daily.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to maximise finance, insurance and accessory penetration per unit.
• Ensure seamless handover to After‑Sales to drive service retention and customer loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with OEM franchise standards, POPIA and all legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in premium passenger vehicle sales (preferred).
• Grade 12 qualification and a valid Code B/EB driver’s licence.
• Fluent English communication.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑centric and team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system for data and activity management.
