Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Executive

About the role

A Plumstead dealership is looking for a pre-owned vehicle sales executive. The role covers selling used cars to meet set targets, building customer relationships and meeting customer satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sell vehicles to meet set targets
• Prospect new and existing customers
• Fulfil training requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet monthly industry CSI targets
• Maintain good product knowledge of the sales cycle
• Complete the paperwork needed to assist with invoicing of vehicles
• Help market and promote the features of retail vehicle sales, with the Marketing Department
• Assist customers in obtaining finance with the Finance and Insurance Manager
• Meet group standards and build good relationships with other departments

Required profile

• Proven track record in a sales environment; experience in the pre-owned motoring industry is not a prerequisite
• Matric (minimum)
• Code 08 driver's licence
• Well organised and a team player
• Ability to sell and promote products across all branches
• Ambition to grow within the company
