Power Platform Developer

About the role

Pedros Chicken is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, build and maintain business‑critical low‑code applications and automated workflows. The role will focus on internal enterprise solutions across operations, finance, HR and store systems, reducing reliance on external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Canvas and model‑driven Power Apps for internal processes such as store operations, checklists and approvals.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to automate approvals, notifications and system integrations.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, Dataverse and third‑party platforms using REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and performance of automation solutions.
• Document customisations, integrations and solution components clearly and comprehensively.
• Provide end‑user support, training and guidance on Power Platform tools.
• Manage licensing, access provisioning and entitlements for applications.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and design fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce governance standards, including naming conventions, environments, DLP policies and ALM practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Microsoft PL‑400 certification (Power Platform Developer) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript and SQL within the Power Platform context.
• Experience with API integrations, Power Platform governance and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
